Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable processes, the full-time Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst will extract and analyze financial data, prepare charge templates, and resolve transactional issues while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of data across the organization and maintain data integrity through auditing and reporting
• Prepare and process accounts receivable charge templates, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Respond to helpdesk tickets from internal property accountants and deliver complex reports to internal and external customers

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on analyzing financial data and preparing reports
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with property management systems and/or Oracle ERP is preferred
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• A college degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
