Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

To manage the company's cash flow, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst will monitor outstanding receivables, drive timely collections, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and track outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams, including invoicing adjustments
• Conduct proactive outreach to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements
• Develop and maintain AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance leadership

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and collections strategies
• Experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience
