Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivables Analyst, the full-time position will manage the oversight and resolution of receivables over 60 days, focusing on large invoices while working in a hybrid environment based in NYC Midtown office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, follow up, and resolve receivables over 60 days, particularly for Environmental and large Umbrella invoices
• Host regular meetings with programs regarding status and necessary actions on larger invoices
• Report monthly on the current status of receivables by program group, including action plans for older open items

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable role or general accounting
• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer interactions
