Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Executing end-to-end collection activities for an assigned customer portfolio, the remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will proactively contact customers to secure timely payments, monitor aging reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection activities according to established dunning schedules and escalation procedures
• Contact customers through various channels to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the ERP/collection system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably within a SaaS or fast-growth tech company
• Strong understanding of AR processes, including cash application and dispute resolution
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
