Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Finance team, the part-time contract Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage collections activities, process payments, resolve customer billing inquiries, and contribute to cash forecasting in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end collection activities for assigned customer portfolios, following established dunning schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing and payment inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection metrics to support cash flow forecasting and month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related finance role within a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of AR processes including cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
