Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing customer account portfolios, the full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst will oversee collections, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with billing and account managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections in compliance with company policies
• Initiate communication with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve disputes
• Update collections reports with detailed records of activities and monitor aging reports to prioritize collections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
