Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing customer payments and collections, the remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will accept and apply payments to invoices, resolve unapplied cash receipts, and negotiate settlements while collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and apply customer payments to invoices and manage A/R aging reports
• Research and resolve unapplied cash receipts and payment errors
• Pursue collection efforts and manage customer communications via phone and email

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional organizational abilities
