Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage customer billing operations, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close activities while contributing to the development of efficient accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, payment application, and collections support
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for Revenue and AR-related accounts, investigating discrepancies as needed
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR-related accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Accurate, thorough, and organized with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment
