Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with KFC U.S. Brand teams, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounts receivable data, monitor franchisee and customer account activity, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end close activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure application of GAAP and Yum! Accounting Policies for KFC U.S. accounts receivable accounting
• Prepare and complete account reconciliations, journal entries, and SOX control requirements in a timely manner
• Facilitate period and quarterly reporting for KFC U.S. and assist with account management and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in public or private industry accounting
• Strong computer skills, including experience with JDE and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with external/internal audit requests and SOX compliance
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally
