Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Research Clinical Trials Department, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage the accurate and timely collections of receivable accounts, perform revenue reconciliation, and resolve payment issues while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely collections of all receivables to optimize reimbursement and minimize accounts receivable
• Perform revenue and accounts receivable reconciliation while maintaining communication with internal and external customers regarding payment issues
• Review and process transactions in accordance with company policies, and establish credit limits based on practice financial statements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; or Associate's Degree with four years of related work experience; or eight years of related work experience
• At least two additional years of accounts receivable experience required
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
