Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintain positive relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage the accounts receivable aging report, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices through various communication methods to ensure prompt payment
• Resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues

Required Qualifications

• Coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on B2B collections
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
