Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare revenue cycle performance, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst will analyze AR, denial, and claims data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to enhance billing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with decision makers to identify and resolve operational problems through data interpretation and visualization
• Develops specifications for analytic and reporting needs by engaging with project teams and internal/external customers
• Maintains dashboards and reporting tools to support operations and presents performance indicators to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle or operations analysis
• Proficiency in utilizing databases and query tools for data gathering and reporting
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards for operational insights
• Ability to work independently with complex data under minimal supervision
