Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-dollar B2B customer accounts, the full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst will focus on collections, credit-risk evaluation, and process improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and monitor past-due balances and payment performance for strategic customer accounts
• Investigate billing disputes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues
• Utilize reporting and analytics to enhance portfolio performance and recommend sustainable solutions for recurring AR problems

Required qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years of B2B accounts receivable, credit, or collections experience
• Experience managing complex or high-dollar customer portfolios independently
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on investigating recurring AR issues
• Familiarity with billing disputes, deductions, and credit-risk indicators
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
