Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Summary
Assisting the Accounts Receivable Manager with daily functions, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage AR-related requests for multiple locations, reconcile client credits, and support special projects within the accounting department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable requests for 10+ assigned locations
- Reconcile client credits and assist with cash receipt postings as needed
- Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with special projects and training for new employees
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting clerk experience with 2+ years of higher education, or 5+ years of accounting clerk experience without higher education
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to train new employees and introduce new processes
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
