Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively managing a portfolio of over 1250 Dealer Customer accounts, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Analyst will focus on communication with customer departments, resolving billing discrepancies, and meeting collection goals while documenting all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze Dealer Customer AR accounts, making collection inquiries via phone and email
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, processing necessary corrections and issuing credits as needed
• Communicate collection issues and resolutions to Sales and document all account interactions thoroughly

Required qualifications

• 4-Year College Degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience preferred
• General knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets & Docs)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Peoplesoft preferred
