Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Accounts Receivable and Payable to oversee daily operations of the AR and AP department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
• Oversee the collection process and implement strategies to reduce aged receivables
• Prepare and review monthly aging reports and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant work experience, including leadership roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements
• Knowledge of compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations
