Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR & AP Specialist to manage accounts receivable and payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational accounting activities, including AR and AP
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment for business transactions
• Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting function (AR, AP, billing)
• Experience using NetSuite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets preferred
• Experience with RCM billings and medical claims management is a plus
