Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Associate - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine follow-up on unpaid insurance claims and patient balances
• Identify and escalate denials, rejections, and underpayments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience or equivalent skills preferred
• Entry-level candidates with relevant backgrounds may be considered
• Knowledge of practice management systems and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of insurance billing processes and basic RCM principles
