Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver customer invoices accurately and timely, ensuring alignment with contract terms
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform proactive outreach to customers regarding outstanding balances
• Apply customer payments daily and communicate with customers to resolve billing questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, desired
• 1-3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
