Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM - Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve unpaid accounts with precision and professionalism
• Verify payments for accuracy and completeness, and correct account discrepancies
• Document all actions and account reviews thoroughly and accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance in a high-production environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
• Experience identifying processes and recommending solutions (preferred)
• Three plus years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance in a high-production environment (preferred)
