Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, AR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all business segments
• Record and apply cash receipts, reconcile daily cash deposits, and maintain detailed cash transaction records
• Support month-end close processes, prepare reports on accounts receivable status, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or CPG company preferred
• Proficiency in ERP Platforms, with a strong preference for NetSuite
• Familiarity with GAAP principles and e-Commerce accounting required
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes
