Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the "Holds Report" and contact accounts with past-due balances to release orders
• Coordinate with retailers and the AR team to resolve discrepancies and manage payment pickups
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss AR aging reports and manage payment plans for retailers

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using financial systems and software, such as ENCOMPASS and Payment Profile Dashboard
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
