Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage customer deposit refunds, focusing on processing credit card refunds accurately and efficiently in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Process customer deposit refunds in a timely and accurate manner
  • Issue credit card refunds through the payment processor's website, ensuring correct transaction matching
  • Reconcile refund activity between the credit card processor, bank statements, and the general ledger
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience processing customer refunds, including credit card refunds through a payment processor
  • Experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office software
  • Ability to handle sensitive payment information with confidentiality and integrity
