Accounts Receivable Collections Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR collections team, focusing on efficiency and customer-centric communication
• Oversee daily collections operations, prioritize aging accounts, and resolve billing disputes
• Enhance AR processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and payment performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing AR/collections teams
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an asset
• Strong understanding of AR systems including ERP and billing platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and reporting tools
