Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily work-flow of the department, monitor progress, and develop training or processes to address issues
• Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members
• Oversee progress on the floor and monitor worked accounts for quality assurance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in leadership decision making and driving results
• Ability to coach and build talent, focusing on retention of high performers
• Experience in program/project management, managing budget and resource planning
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience in delegation and sharing authority and responsibilities
