Accounts Receivable Director

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of 5-15 individuals, the full-time Director, Accounts Receivable will manage $10-$20 million in client revenue, focusing on optimizing operations and driving performance while working in a hybrid role from Chesterfield or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team to meet performance SLAs and productivity goals
• Analyze reports and data to identify trends, create action plans, and ensure effective resolution of accounts and claims
• Collaborate with Client Management leadership to maintain client satisfaction and present account performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare-related Accounts Receivable and Claims processes
• Strong analytical skills and proven success in process improvement initiatives
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced knowledge of the revenue cycle, with ASC billing experience preferred
