Accounts Receivable Director

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in revenue cycle management, the full-time Director, Accounts Receivable will oversee and improve accounts receivable processes, manage a team of managers, and analyze key performance indicators to enhance cash flow and net revenue in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal liaison for hospital leadership, addressing stakeholder needs and supporting revenue cycle initiatives
• Supervise and mentor multiple managers to achieve revenue cycle goals and implement process improvements
• Analyze financial performance and collaborate with revenue cycle teams to establish best practices and enhance operational efficiencies

Required qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on A/R management and performance improvement
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with billing systems such as EPIC, Cerner, or Medhost
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster positive team environments
