Accounts Receivable Director

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Accounts Receivable Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight of accounts receivable functions, focusing on operational excellence, cash flow optimization, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's Accounts Receivable strategy aligned with financial and operational objectives
• Oversee all billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution activities to maximize collections and minimize bad debt
• Provide executive-level reporting and analysis on receivable performance, collection trends, and financial risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to develop KPIs, analyze financial data, and drive operational improvements
