Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up on accounts that have not been adjudicated by the payer
• Utilize payer technology and resources to support account resolution activities
• Analyze and research accounts to determine root causes of open receivables for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous Revenue Cycle knowledge in areas such as PFS, Customer Service, or 3rd party Reimbursement
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: One or more years of experience in health care billing functions
