A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist to manage and resolve aged insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unresolved claims with insurance carriers
• Research and identify issues causing delays in payments
• Take actions to resolve claim issues and follow up on patient balances

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of A/R Follow Up (Insurance Collections) experience required
• Medical billing experience is helpful
• Hospital claims and healthcare receivables experience preferred
• 2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research
• Prior computer experience is required
