Accounts Receivable Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end billing and collections process, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Lead will manage cash collection efforts, collaborate with Project Managers, and drive process improvements to ensure financial health across a multi-region consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and lead collection efforts while partnering with Project Managers to resolve billing disputes
• Act as a strategic partner to project teams and finance, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with payment terms
• Track key AR metrics and provide executive-ready summaries to highlight risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable and billing experience in a project-based environment
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP) preferred
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting and AEC billing practices
• Experience working in multi-office or multi-region organizations
