Accounts Receivable Lead

Job Summary

To support the Denials Resolution team, the fully remote Accounts Receivable Lead will oversee payment resolution activities, manage post-billed denials, and provide guidance to AR Specialists while ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support AR Specialists by answering questions, troubleshooting complex cases, and reviewing work for accuracy and compliance
• Perform daily payment resolution tasks, including analyzing and appealing denials, processing payments, and investigating payment variances
• Track productivity metrics, report denial trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with at least two years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a production-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Epic software
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
