Accounts Receivable Lead
Job Summary
To improve the accounts receivable process, the part-time independent contractor Accounts Receivable Lead will manage client outreach, collections, and the end-to-end AR cycle while working remotely in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle for assigned clients, focusing on outreach and collections
- Proactively identify the appropriate contacts within client organizations for invoice resolution
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and other teams to clarify invoice details and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing accounts receivable in a B2B transactional business
- Ownership mindset with a strong focus on managing a complex collections process
- Accounting background or degree is a strong plus
- Experience with ERP or accounting software; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
- Based in the U.S. and authorized to work as an independent contractor
