Accounts Receivable Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Management Lead to oversee daily operational activities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and manage first-level escalations
• Prioritize and adjust workflows to meet established goals and KPIs
• Conduct audits and assist in the training and development of team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or claims processing
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with supervisory experience
• Experience with large healthcare billing systems and managing teams of 10+ members
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables
