Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the Accounts Receivable function and ensure efficient cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and maintenance of customer credit accounts
• Manage deduction applications and collaborate with the sales team to dispute invalid deductions
• Oversee monthly close and reconciliation of accounts, including AR reconciliation and allowance for doubtful accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 10+ years of trade management, accounts receivable, and cash application experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with NetSuite and BluePlanner preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
