Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to a scalable, automated accounts receivable infrastructure
• Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing, and training for new billing software
• Manage a team of A/R professionals and ensure timely cash flow management and collections

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 5-7+ years of experience in a high-volume accounting or billing environment, including 2+ years in management
• Experience with setting up quote to cash systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills for interpreting financial documents
