Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Accounts Receivable team in a full-time remote capacity, the Accounts Receivable Manager will manage ATB analysis and reporting, oversee credit management, and drive cash collection efforts to meet established targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Receivable team, focusing on ATB analysis, cash forecasts, and overdue receivables
• Oversee the Oracle customer database, conducting credit management and analysis to minimize bad-debt expense
• Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to Sector management, collaborating closely with Business Area Finance and Contracts teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or a master's degree with relevant experience
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency with Oracle and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate a team and drive results
