Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process including invoicing, collections, and reporting
• Maintain and enhance invoicing and revenue workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance with revenue recognition standards
• Lead collections efforts and build strong relationships with customer finance contacts to improve cash flow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of SaaS billing and collections processes
• Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment (healthcare or software industry preferred)
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition
