Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ARM team, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts, denials, and appeals
• Develop AR policies, procedures, and KPIs to support revenue cycle goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations and lead cross-departmental efforts to improve collections

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare
• 2-3 years of collections, billing, and/or claims experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated mastery of billing and accounts receivable procedures
• Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, and general medical terminology
