Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Manager to oversee accounts receivable management for revenue cycle management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the AR team to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Identify and implement procedures to maintain an efficient organization
• Develop leadership through empowerment, delegation, and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a healthcare environment (2+ years required)
• Previous management experience leading teams
• Experience managing remote employees
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party billing
• Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
