Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Manager for a 9-12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Credit Control and Billing teams, setting KPIs and fostering a culture of improvement
• Own the global Order to Cash process, ensuring timely billing and cash application across multiple entities
• Oversee credit control and collections management, maintaining client relationships and resolving disputes efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Order to Cash management in a multinational environment
• Experience managing global teams, including offshore or shared service teams
• Strong understanding of project-based or consultancy billing practices
• Proven ability to reduce aged debt and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Relevant Accounts Receivable experience of at least 2 years in a shared services environment
