Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) issues and collaborate with team members to improve AR processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to enhance service levels
• Oversee pre/post contract setup reviews and track AR-related issues for assigned Book of Business (BOB)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of experience in benefits and claims administration or project management
• Advanced knowledge of Proclaim claims system; familiarity with Facets and PMHS preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with provider contracting or loading is beneficial
