Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function and enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team, setting clear goals and managing team capacity
• Oversee end-to-end AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer relationship management
• Develop and maintain AR reporting packages, tracking key performance metrics and providing actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing custom billing plans and payment arrangements
• Strong background in collections with a customer service-focused approach
• Experience delivering AR reporting and performance metrics
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and reporting tools
