Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for Accounts Receivable Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for collection systems and recovery services
• Serve as the subject matter expert for collection agency systems and workflows
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to embed regulatory requirements into the product

Required Qualifications

• Extensive, hands-on experience within a collection agency environment
• Deep understanding of collection and recovery operations, workflows, and KPIs
• Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into product capabilities
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset
