Job Summary

Leading complex collection strategies, the full-time salaried Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the collections team, drive timely cash recovery, and improve overall collections performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex collection processes across multiple business units, focusing on insurance-related receivables and escalated collection matters
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the collections team, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash recovery and reduce delinquency across assigned portfolios

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive collections or accounts receivable experience, including management of complex portfolios
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing collection staff
• Strong experience in managing complex collection processes within the insurance industry
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
