Job Summary

Managing a team dedicated to revenue actualization, the full-time Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the reconciliation of services rendered to payments, resolve outstanding cash payments and claims denials, and ensure optimal financial operations in an in-office setting in Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the reconciliation of services rendered to final and accurate payment
• Resolve outstanding cash payments, claims denials, and payment appeals
• Manage a team focused on ensuring accurate revenue actualization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare management, information systems, or business administration preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims and/or accounts receivable roles at mid to large-sized healthcare providers
• Advanced technical skills in Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) and healthcare claims
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic billing systems and coding practices
• Experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid billing requirements
