Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organization's collections and accounts receivable operations, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee timely collection of outstanding receivables, manage customer account relationships, and supervise the Accounts Receivable team to enhance overall collection performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all collection activities and manage accounts receivable aging to prioritize collection efforts
• Conduct regular meetings with site leadership to address outstanding balances and collection challenges
• Supervise, coach, and develop Accounts Receivable team members while ensuring effective operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Revenue Cycle
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with ERP and customer relationship management systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of collections processes
