Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and executing the global order to cash strategy for all customer accounts, the full-time hybrid Accounts Receivable Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure timely invoice payments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global collection strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce invoice aging
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of customer accounts, including dispute resolutions and payment postings
• Forecast customer collections and cash receipts to support the company's cash flow forecasting

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable management and/or collections experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with strong data manipulation skills
• Experience working in an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a major plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail and analytical problem-solving
