Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Manager will optimize pharmacy reimbursement outcomes, manage third-party payer receivables, and enhance revenue cycle performance through strategic leadership and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end third-party pharmacy receivables activities, ensuring accurate reimbursement and timely collections
• Lead, coach, and develop AR Supervisors and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Medicare Part B reimbursement processes and resolve complex reimbursement issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable, healthcare revenue cycle, or pharmacy reimbursement
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams
• Expertise in Medicare Part B claims and reimbursement processes
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
