Accounts Receivable Project Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Project Analyst will manage project invoicing, conduct data analysis for budget optimization, and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting and billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
- Review contracts and work orders to identify financial terms, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting and issue billing statements to sponsors/CROs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and organization
